In 1990, John and Ann Beutler opened an independent real estate office in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho – John Beutler & Associates – with only a handful of agents. The company acquired the CENTURY 21 ® franchise in 1997 and has grown into one of the most successful CENTURY 21
® offices worldwide.

Our Inland Northwest Network
Our Inland Northwest Network spans two states and three distinct market areas; eastern Washington (Spokane and vicinity), northern Idaho (Coeur d’Alene and vicinity) and north central Idaho/southeast Washington (Lewiston Clarkston Valley and vicinity).
Our Commercial Division has two offices in the Spokane DMA – in Spokane, Wash. and in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Many of our commercial agents are licensed in Washington, Idaho and Montana to assist you in all your commercial real estate needs across the Northwest.
